Baked Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
12 muffins
3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 scoops protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
4 eggs
2 bananas, mashed
1 cup low fat milk
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
1tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line 12 muffin cups. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. From here, you can add blueberries, chopped apples, peanut butter & jelly (PB2 powder!) cocoa powder, shredded coconut, ext. For variety, make 2-3 muffins of each type. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
