Blueberry Almond Oatmeal Bake

One of my favorite meal preps for breakfast or a pre-workout meal!
Ingredients
4 servings
2 cups rolled oats
2 scoop of protein powder
2 cups fat free milk
1/4 cup peanut butter (Use PB2 powder or PB Fit! About 3 tbsp of powder mixed with 2 tbsp of water)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups frozen blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Lay a sheet of parchment paper in an 8inch square baking pan
Mix your powdered peanut butter with water
In a large bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, milk, peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla and salt
Stir in blueberries
Pour mixture into baking dish
Bake for 35-40 minutes
Let cool before cutting and storing
