Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
Makes 2 servings:
1 box Banza Chickpea mac and cheese
4oz cooked chicken, diced or shredded (You can even used canned to make it really easy, I won't tell)
1 cup fat free milk
Franks Hot Sauce
Ranch Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Bring some water to a boil, and cook the noodles for the time on the package. Drain the water and rinse the noodles! This makes a big difference with chickpea pasta. Mix the packet of cheese powder and milk into the noodles.
If you have room in your macros, you can add a little butter. Just make sure you measure it and add it to the macros. The ones below don't include any butter.
Add the chicken, salt, and pepper. Then slowly add some Frank's hot sauce and ranch seasoning and taste as you go, adding more if necessary.
Divide into 2 servings and enjoy!
This meal preps well! Just add a little more milk or water before you heat it up.
