Cajun Sausage & Shrimp Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup rice, measured dry
16oz Chicken, venison, or turkey sausage
10oz Frozen Shrimp
1 large bell pepper
1 15oz can Sun dried tomatoes
Smoked paprika
Oregano
Thyme
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Salt
Black Pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth (or water)
Directions
Heat up a large skillet big enough to fit all of the ingredients. Add some olive oil. Chop sausage into bite size pieces and add to the skillet. Wait a few minutes, then add the shrimp.
Chop up the bell pepper and add it to the pan. Add all the seasonings listed to the pan. (less cayenne pepper if you don’t want it to be too spicy). After the shrimp and sauage are fully cooked, add the rice and chicken broth or water. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook until the rice is done.
