High Protein Pasta

Ingredients

1 serving

1.5oz Chickpea Noodles

2oz Sirloin or Venison Steak, or lean ground beef, venison, chicken, or turkey.

1/2 cup spaghetti sauce

1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella

Italian seasonings


Directions

Cook noodles according to package. Rinse them off when they're done cooking before adding the sauce. This makes a big difference with most chickpea noodles!

Heat butter or oil on a frying pan and cook the meat.

Once the noodles are done, heat your spaghetti sauce and add seasonings.

Combine noodles, meat and sauce in a bowl, and top with 1/4 cup cheese and parmesan.
