40g Pb2 Powder
20g protein powder
20g peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice (I use stevia)
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/16 tsp each: baking soda and salt (you only need the baking soda if you plan on baking them)
Splash of water
Add the Pb2 powder to a bowl and add a little bit of water. Mix and add more water if necessary until it becomes the same consistency of peanut butter. (You don't need very much water). Add the protein powder, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, salt and baking soda and mix. Add another splash of water if it is too thick to mix. If you want actual cookies, preheat oven to 350 and bake for (about) 7 minutes.
PS this recipe is super customizable. I usually eat it as the last meal of my day, so you can top your macros off perfectly. Need more protein? Add more protein powder. Need more fat? Add more peanut butter. Need more calories in general? Make a double or triple batch!
